Be ahead of the natural wear and tear and be ready to change your wristband if needed! We offer the option to buy additional leather or metal bracelets with your watch at time of purchase or separately at a later date. We also sell the proper tool that will enable you to change the strap on your own.


Two options are available for payment.

1. By secured payment, through the SIX PAYMENT platform (with Visa or Mastercard)

2. Directly to a bank account (account number and BIC code will be provided when ordering per email)


The products will be delivered to the address provided when ordered and after payment has cleared.

Deliveries will be made:

- Within 5 business days of payment clearance.

- In the event of a delay customers will be notified by email or telephone


It is the intention of De Bortoli Watches to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the products we offer. If for any reason you wish to return the watch you must inform us within 5 days of its receipt by writing us an email to (please indicate the reason of the return).

The watch shoud be returned (charges at your expense) with a copy of the invoice.

Within 15 days following the return arrival we will fully refund your purchase (excluding the shipment, return shipment and customs charges).

Please note that the watch must be in perfect condition without any scratches or marks and in its original packaging. Watches will not be accepted for a refund if they have been worn or if the packaging material has been removed. The full refund is conditional upon by the state of the watch, which we reserve the right to determine.


Your watch is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. We insure the repair or exchange if any problem occurs.

We will repair free of charge any manufacturing defect within the warranty period under reserve of a valid warranty certificate.

Among others, warranty excludes the following conditions:

-damage due to neglect or accidents

-damage resulting of intervention of a non-approved watchmaker

-natural wear and tear; wrist band for example

-loss and theft

After 10 business days we will send you back your repaired watch and we will pay return shipping.

Please include a copy of your invoice, valid warranty card and explanation of the problem with the watch. For watches sent from countries other than Switzerland, please mention on the export documents “Return for repair”.


Even if your watch is no longer under guarantee, we are of course at your disposal for repairing or exchanging components (as far as possible).

Servicing of the movement: To ensure the precision of a mechanical movement long term, the servicing is recommended every 4-6 years. This service is offered by us. Please note that any costs of repair outside the warranty are payed by you. Only after confirmation and payment of the cost estimated in advance, the repairs are carried out by us.


Our watches are invoiced without any duty and VAT taxes, including Switzerland- which will be free of any taxes.

Delivery within Switzerland is not subject to any duty or taxes (no VAT or customer charges)

Delivery in Europe is not subject to duty taxes, delivery outside of Europe could be subject to duty taxes (depending of the country). Tariff code for the watch exported: 9102.21
